 ntervals\, in the order mixed ABCDE and Women ABCD (Dependant on Numbers).
 \n\nGraded Races: Cycling Australia race license required\, however a Race
  Starter Kit\, or a Race One Week licenses are available for online purcha
 se.\n\nGrades may be combined depending on rider turnout\, so be early.\nJ
 unior Development Session: For U11/13 and novices that are not quite ready
  for E Grade. Sessions will occur over 1 lap of the course\, working on gr
 oup skills and fitness.
