This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of Peel
District Cycling Club (PDCC). The details of this meeting are as follows:
Date: Saturday 29th November 2025
Time: 3pm – Prior to the first crit race
Place: Nambeelup Circuit, Peel Business Park, Stake Hill, WA. 6207
2025 Committee Nomination Form
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
- find out about PDCC’s operations and finances
- ask questions about the operations and finances of PDCC
- speak about any items on the agenda
- vote on any resolutions proposed
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
- accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
- accept the annual financial statements
- elect committee members
