A message from the Sports Director

Hello Fellow Club Members

As the new Sport Director I wanted to bring my intentions to you all in regards to the grading of everyone at Peel Districts Cycling Club.

We all know it is a hard thing to get right every time, but I will endeavour to do my best to ensure we have some great close racing.

If you find yourself in a race where you think you have been placed incorrectly then all concerns and questions are to be directed to me personally. I will do my best to ensure you are heard, however I do ask that you understand that the decision I make is final.

If you are new to the club and you have been placed in a grade not fitting of your fitness or ability then have a quick chat with me and I will do what I can to reseed you till you are ready for the more challenging grade. It was great to see some people having a go in a higher grade at the last Crits at the Motor Plex and I fully support people having a go in the higher grades. Remember you can make the decision to go up a grade if you feel the current grade you are in is not challenging enough.

It is all about what is best for the club and the riders to provide some great racing as we grow to be one of the biggest and best cycling clubs in WA.

See you out there.
