We have been so lucky with the weather this year, another absolute cracking day for a race greeted us in Serpentine for the 2020 Hilly TT today.
The longer standing club members think it would be close to a record number of starters this year for our Hilly TT. It was truly great to see everyone turn out for a really tough TT. This event every year marks the end of our season, and a little rest before our Crit season starts again. It is a chance to relax a little.
Congratulations on the 40 odd starters today. The times were very fast, and i am sue Nick will be reviewing the course record before publishing the race report.
Thank you to our volunteers today who cooked the sausages, and ran the race, you are certainly appreciated.
Our next gathering is our Windup and AGM at the Peel Estate Winery on 1 November. It is a free event (yes wine and food), please come along and congratulate all of the season winners, and be get involved in the AGM. Don’t worry, you wont be pressured into anything, we would just like to see as many members as possible to celebrate the season that was.
See you all again soon.
