We regretfully announce the passing of Roger Woolley, who died last week. Roger was instrumental in the foundation of the Mundijong Wheelers and Peel District Cycling Club, and was awarded with a life membership.
For decades Roger worked behind the scenes to organise our races. Any and all tasks like submitting event application paperwork, manual timekeeping for road races and time trials, and shepherding in our first website and electronic timing systems. An engineer to the end.
Friends are warmly invited to the Funeral Service for Roger in the Seasons Chapel, cnr Albany Highway and Armitage Road, Kelmscott at 2.00pm on Monday 15th August.
